- ดูแลงานขาย เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้แนะนำโครงการของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ
- ดูแลสำนักงานขายโครงการ อุปกรณ์การขาย บ้านตัวอย่าง ของโครงการ ให้พร้อมต้อนรับลูกค้าอยู่เสมอ
- รับผิดชอบด้านการขายโครงการให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด ตลอดจนงานเอกสาร และงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามมอบหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า ติดตามลูกค้า เพื่อทราบถึงผลความคืบหน้าของความสนใจ รับฟังปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อปิดการขาย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆภายในองค์กร เช่น ฝ่ายบัญชี, นิติกรรมสัญญา และการตลาด, ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าในเรื่องต่างๆ
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง สัญชาติไทย วุฒิป.ตรีทุกสาขาวิชา
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- บุคลิกดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มีใจรักงานบริการ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (แนวราบ) มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
