As a Mid-to-Senior PMO within our retail corporate structure, you will act as the strategic anchor for the Fresh food business, steering cross-functional initiatives and building structural rigor. This role requires an exceptionally energetic leader capable of orchestrating complex business reviews, driving key strategic projects, and establishing metrics-driven supplier evaluation frameworks. Navigating a rapidly changing retail landscape, you will manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously to ensure our strategic roadmaps align perfectly with commercial execution and bottom-line efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Reviews & Governance:

Design, facilitate, and lead robust monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs). Analyze organizational KPIs, identify retail performance bottlenecks, and realign cross-functional teams with overall commercial strategies.

Key Project Management:

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of critical commercial and retail initiatives. Manage complex dependencies, evaluate supply and commercial risks proactively, and ensure seamless delivery under aggressive timelines across multiple workstreams.

Supplier Evaluation Frameworks:

Architect, optimize, and manage comprehensive vendor and supplier evaluation systems. Assess partner performance quantitatively and qualitatively to drive cost efficiency, operational compliance, and strategic retail partnership enhancements.

Requirements

Target Industry Background:

5 to 10 years of proven professional experience in PMO, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a similar capacity specifically within the Retail or FMCG sectors. Deep structural understanding of retail store/digital operations and commercial vendor ecosystems is mandatory.

Agility & Adaptability:

Demonstrated capability to thrive and pivot smoothly within a volatile, fast-paced corporate retail environment.

Multi-tasking & Execution:

Exceptional organizational capability to balance high-level strategic governance with granular project tracking without dropping the ball.

Energetic Leadership:

High emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills to influence stakeholders, align diverse commercial incentives, and drive cross-functional momentum.

PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management professional certifications are highly advantageous.
