Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance, quality and operational processes are functioning efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policy.
2. Prepare work papers to ensure organized in accordance with departmental standards and that work performed supports conclusions.
3. Develops audit plans and performs initial and follow-up audits in accordance with professional standards.
4. Contribute to the drafting of audit reports detailing scope, findings and remediation plans. Effectively multitask and provide regular updates on the status of work assignments.
5. Develop strong relationships with local, regional and global leaders of the company, while maintaining objectivity.
6. Maintain an audit plan that is responsive to the risks posed to the organization.
7. Coordinate and contribute to the company’s enterprise risk management process. Report on risks identified among control owners, management, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors as appropriate.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. At least 1 years of working experience in audit firm / internal audit / accounting or related field.
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
4. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
5. Ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by the customer.
6. Ability to persuade and influence others.
7. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
8. Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.
9. Knowledge of company and/or public auditing policies, standards, and procedures.
