Admin Support - Commercial Fresh Food (6 months Contract)

atCP Axtra PCL

Responsibilities :

  • Consolidate & Amend & edit weekly booking order from stores in drive share
  • Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Directed Imported )
  • Sending Purchase order to local importer (stock up item)
  • Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Local Importer )
  • Upload Emergency Order Cross dock
  • Send emergency order acknowledge to local supplier (Call, email, Line etc.)
  • Upload Emergency Order stock up

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Food science, Food technology or related.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
  • Welcoming fresh graduates.
