Admin Support - Commercial Fresh Food (6 months Contract)
atCP Axtra PCLResponsibilities :
- Consolidate & Amend & edit weekly booking order from stores in drive share
- Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Directed Imported )
- Sending Purchase order to local importer (stock up item)
- Upload pre-allocation PO.(Stock Up item)(Local Importer )
- Upload Emergency Order Cross dock
- Send emergency order acknowledge to local supplier (Call, email, Line etc.)
- Upload Emergency Order stock up
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Food science, Food technology or related.
- Computer skills with proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
- Welcoming fresh graduates.
