หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- บริหารยอดขายและ KPI ของสาขาให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมพนักงานขาย รวมถึงจัดตารางและติดตามผลงาน
- ดูแลมาตรฐานร้าน การบริการ และ Customer Experience
- ดูแลการจัดเรียงสินค้าและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย สต๊อก และจัดทำแผนเพิ่มยอดขาย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานสาขา
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fashion หรือ Retail จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารยอดขายและการวิเคราะห์ KPI
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนอ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
