Head of Manufacturing Excellence

Lead the Manufacturing Excellence agenda across all manufacturing sites to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, quality, food safety, and cost competitiveness. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE improvement, GMP compliance, and digital transformation initiatives while establishing a sustainable continuous improvement culture to support business growth in the Beverage and FMCG industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Manufacturing Excellence roadmap aligned with company strategic objectives.
- Establish operational excellence frameworks and governance across all manufacturing sites.
- Benchmark manufacturing performance against FMCG industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, and asset utilization.
- Drive reduction of downtime, speed losses, yield losses, and changeover time.
- Deploy Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, and Problem-Solving methodologies.
- Lead loss and waste reduction projects across production, utilities, and warehousing operations.
- Ensure improvement programs fully support GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management System requirements.
- Lead annual productivity and cost-saving programs.
- Drive implementation of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years in FMCG, Beverage, Food, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, or Packaging Manufacturing.
- At least 5 years in Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or Production Leadership positions.
- Proven track record in large-scale productivity improvement and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement Management.
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Demonstrated capability in Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Business Acumen, Stakeholder Management, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
