Database Administrator
atCarenett International Co., Ltd.Responsibilities
• Restore and backup database according to customer's request or testers.
• Check drive space regularly.
• Retrieve data from database according to customer requirements .
• Add defect log and join meetings with developers, application supports, and testers.
• Acknowledge problems, investigate, and resolve issues reported by customers.
• Follow up tasks that developers need to review and fix.
• Prepare User Manual of the system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or IT-related discipline
- Highly service-minded, great sense of responsibility with active and analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving and good communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Thai
Work Place : Suntower, Chatuchak Bangkok.
Work Time : Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30
