Accountant Payable
atCarenett International Co., Ltd.Responsibilities:
1. Verify invoices and related documents to be completed for payment.
2. Verify Tax invoice according to Tax law.
3. Scan documents into system.
4. Prepare withholding tax certificate to suppliers.
5. Prepare PND3, 53 and detail.
6. Maintain documents, invoices or necessary for files and separate Tax invoice for input vat preparation.
Experience & Qualifications:
1.Male/Female , age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelors degree in Accounting or related 3-4 years of experience in Account Payable work.
3. Must have knowledge and experience of Withholding tax and Tax invoice (VAT) .
4. Computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Word) , E-mail, Internet.
5. Rigorous responsibility, logical thinking, continual improvement, good relationship, pleasant personality, highly adaptive and flexible, certain anti-pressure capability, be a good communicator, certain anti-pressure capability, be a good communicator.
6. Fair of English (Writing , Speaking , Reading)
