atCapital One Real Estate Co., Ltd.- ต้อนรับลูกค้าและนำเสนอข้อมูลโครงการให้ลูกค้าได้รับทราบ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และนำเสนอขายโครงการที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการ
- ติดตามลูกค้า เพื่อทราบถึงผลความคืบหน้าของความสนใจของลูกค้า รับฟังปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อปิดการขายให้เร็วที่สุด
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการจอง และสัญญาซื้อขายสำหรับลูกค้า
- สำรวจและติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารของคู่แข่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง
- และนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับกลยุทธ์การขาย
- จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น การออกบูธ และจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ
- สามารถปฎิบัติงาน 6 วัน/ สัปดาห์
- เพศชาย/หญิง วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีความรู้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์และที่อยู่อาศัย
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง-ดี สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/ สัปดาห์
