Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Graphic team. You will play a key role in supporting the creative team with the conceptualisation, design, and execution of visual assets and collaterals.  

Responsibilities include:  

Graphic Design 

• Work with the Graphic Design team in designing original and impactful brand-centric visuals, graphics, illustrations and digital assets, in line with the brand’s vision and creative direction.  

• Create graphics and layouts for the website and social media platforms.  

• Design all corporate operational and informational visuals where required.  

• Effectively work across all graphic requirements at the studio to ensure that deadlines are met, in accordance with the team’s requirements.  

• Ensure that all creative assets are properly archived and stored - physically and digitally.  

Web Design 

• Design visually appealing and user-centric website layouts and interfaces. 

• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute website projects. 

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and responsive across devices. 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. 

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. 

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. 

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. 

Requirements include:   

• Have studied or majored in art/design/creative fields, with minimally 1-2 years of working experience in a similar graphic/web designer role.  

• Highly proficient in English : Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

• Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch. 

• Some experience in video editing/3D animation software such as Blender would be a plus.  

• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. 

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines.  

• Meticulous, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

• A strong, clear and concise communicator who is able to work both independently and within team settings.  

• Highly creative with a keen eye for design, constantly keeping their finger on the pulse of what’s new.
