เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส Digital Marketing

จัดทำกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารสินค้าในกลุ่ม Agro business, สื่อสารผ่านช่องทาง online ให้กับลูกค้าภายในและภายนอก
บริหารจัดการ online platform และ social media สอดรับกับนโยบาย digital transformation
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Job Details)
บริหารจัดการสื่อ online และ social media ทั้งหมด เป็น project management ประสานกับ Marcom-Product และ agency
พัฒนา website ให้เชื่อมโยงกับ social media และระบบ e-commerce อีกทั้งเพิ่ม traffic ผ่าน search engine
Maintain Social media (Facebook, Line, YT ให้ always on) และขยายฐาน fanpage ให้เข้าถึงลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย
3.จัดทำ Brand Strategies เพื่อสร้าง awareness ให้กับ AGRO Business สอดคล้องกับ Cooperate image
ใช้ Tools ในการดึงข้อมูล performance monitoring
support การสื่อสาร maketing สินค้าในกลุ่ม IAHB (Export)
บริหารและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย ตามงบประมาณที่กำหนดในแต่ละกิจกรรม
การศึกษาและประสบการณ์
วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
สาขา การตลาด,นิเทศศาสตร์,วารสารศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
การบริหารแบรนด์และสื่อสารการตลาด 3-5 ปี ด้าน Advanced social media knowledge (website, CMS, SEO, SEM)
ความรู้ที่จำเป็นในงาน (Knowledge)
ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการตลาด
ความรู้เรื่องงานโฆษณาและการสื่อสารแบรนด์
ความรู้เรื่อง online marketing + E-commerce
สามารถใช้ Design Thinking ในการทำความเข้าใจกลุ่มลูกค้า
สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อทำ Data-driven Marketing ได้
- มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างมีเหตุผล (logical tkinking)
- ทักษะการนำเสนองาน และการทำ presentation ด้วย program microsoft powerpoint
- Data Analysis & Content Creation
- มีทักษะในการวางกลยุทธ์เพื่อสร้างคอนเทนต์ และสร้างเรื่องเล่าที่มีเอกลักษณ์ผ่านเทคนิคการเล่าเรื่อง
- มีเทคนิคในการหา Insight ของลูกค้า กำหนดและวงกลยุทธ์เรื่องราวของแบรนด์
