We are hiring an energetic, young professionals, in the IT TECHNICIAN position. Having a high sense of responsibility in product and software preparation, IT consulting, infrastructure design, systems integration, implementation and support.

• Prepare Product readiness
• Installation of product for customer
• Respond to help-desk, maintenance, and system operation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for customers (including distributors, resellers, and end users)
• Follow up with clients to ensure their devices are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Support infrastructure of company, both hardware and software
• Others as assigned.

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree or information technology
• Experience with Windows/Linux/macOS environments
• Strong IT knowledge and experience in Windows server 2003, 2008, Windows 7, XP, VLAN, VPN, firewall and network setup.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Ability to learn and improve own knowledge and adopt new technologies
• Highly enthusiastic in information technology
• Good personal integrity and patience
• Moderate proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
