• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned product categories in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Prepare, allocate, and manage the annual budget planning for the assigned product portfolio.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Lead product innovation and portfolio management for both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD).
• Conduct market surveys and data analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and potential business opportunities.
• Consolidate accurate sales forecasts for upcoming product launches.
• Develop and execute end-to-end launch plans for new products (NPD) to ensure successful market entry.
• Establish strategic retail pricing structures for new products and present data-driven recommendations to management for approval.
• Conduct annual price structure reviews across all sales channels to maintain market competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis.
• Assign, supervise, and monitor tasks of subordinates to ensure operational execution meets established plans and KPIs.
• Monitor and audit ongoing marketing activities to ensure full alignment with the approved marketing strategy.
• Conduct product knowledge and technical training sessions for Product Consultant (PC) staff and promoters to ensure effective on-ground execution.
• Skills & Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG and/or Food business.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, brand management, and new product development.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in pricing, marketing analysis and sales forecasting.
• Good command of English both in spoken and written.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in Team Management or leadership role is preferred.
