Job Description:

• Lead or coordinate among relevant units in proposing current or new technology for Bangkok
• Bank business, strategy, or product and service innovation to drive its growth.
• Drive product and business innovation journey, as well as scaling the product and developing.
• End-to-end technology driven process with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as the product teams, developers, startups, technology companies, and other corporate partners.
• Evaluate, validate and monitor Bangkok Bank digital capability.
• Work with the business teams to create solution the product and business requirement from new      technical capability.
• Be a multiplier, guide and provide expert opinions to the team.

Qualification:

• At least 5 years of technical experience related to digital banking or digital product and service especially in FinTech, data science, digital platform, or similar.
• Ability to evaluate and systematically translate the technological development applicable financial innovation into business strategy and executing it along with relevant units.
• Innovation enthusiasts with systematic and creative thinking ability.
• Being relentless in pursuit of growth under time pressure.
• Ability to efficiently navigate across functions through the implementation process to overcome obstacles, win buy-ins, encourage cooperation.
• Strong foreign language, such as English and/or Mandarin, communication skill.
• Bachelor/Master/Doctoral Degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Finance (with mathematical or quantitative courses especially on modelling)/Economics (with mathematical or quantitative courses especially on modelling).
• Experience in product launch, digital banking or product development, or related regulatory compliance is an advantage.
