Job Description & Qualification
- Experience in Operational Dashboard Development using Microsoft PowerBI (or similar application) for performance management and monitoring
- Able to do DAX and MDX coding/language for create formula/calculation on PowerBI and retrieve data from SSAS Cube
- Use SQL to prepare/manage data for ETL
- Experience in Capacity Planning & Performance Monitoring/Management for Operation Centers.Able to do model using Microsoft Excel and use VBA MacroEager to learn Business Process and analyze for Continuous Process ImprovementAble to communicate with Business Users and IT, good collaboration, drive to success
- Create Capacity Model for Capacity Planning and Capacity Sharing (within each Center & between Centers) for Operation Centers to meet SLA.
- Able to review & adjust Capacity Model when related factors changes (eg. Volume, Process, Standard Time, Technology).
- Propose Capacity/Resource Plan to Operation Centers as per predefined schedule and Ad Hoc request.
- Coordinate with Centers and related teams to review Capacity/Resource Plan and provide Optimal Capacity/Resource Plan for execution.
- Eager to learn Business Process and analyze for Continuous Process Improvement
- Able to communicate with Business Users and IT, good collaboration, drive to success
