- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ Contact Center ในการจัดการและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- ให้ข้อมูล และดูแลปัญหา รวมถึงประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาจนแล้วเสร็จ ตลอดจนเพิ่มความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามา
คุณสมบัติ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี - โท
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานให้บริการลูกค้า อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ น้ำเสียงนุ่มนวล
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะ หรือปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดได้
- สามารถใช้ Computer ในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีทักษะในการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ในระดับดี
