Job Description
Primary Objective: เพื่อเป็นผู้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น โครงการ leading indicator โครงการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า รวมถึงการจัดทำ Dashboard เพื่อใช้ในการ monitor โครงการต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเขียนบทความประกอบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: สามารถทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ และสามารถเขียนบทความประการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในโครงการ Leading Indicator, Early warning system ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน survey เช่น Survey ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่มีต่อธนาคาร , survey พนักงานธนาคารเพื่อปรับกระบวนการทำงานของธนาคารให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือด้าน visualization เช่น Tableau, Power BI มาจัดทำ Dashboard เพื่อใช้ในการ monitoring โครงการต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ช่วยติดตามความคืบหน้าและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ สถิติ และที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 0 -5 ปี (ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน วิเคราะห์เศรษฐกิจ Economic & Business Consulting หรือ Corporate Strategic Planning จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการทำ Business presentation นำเสนอข้อมูลผู้บริหาร
- ทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการพูด อ่าน เขียน (Good in Thai & English Communications Skill)
