Application Support (Mobile Banking)/Technical Support

Job Description:

  • Analyze and resolve complex individual tickets of Mobile Banking system,iBanking/Biz iBanking system.
  • Create Knowledge with repeatable procedures.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate infra structure change.
  • Co-ordinate and manage new features/interfaces monitoring.
  • Capacity and storage planning.
  • New tools supporting: TMX,Akamai (Capacity planning ,Account management).
  • Deployment and support: New Mobile application on App store/Play store, Term & Condition

Technical Skills:

  • Have some basic concept of IT infrastructure (Database, Operating System, Network).
  • Good knowledge on various computer programming languages such SQL, .Net etc.
  • Quick problem solving with strong analytical skill.

Qualification and Required Skill:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in IT/ Engineer/Computer Science or related fields.
  • Drive for success.
  • Systematic thinking.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Innovative.
  • Great service mind.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
