RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing, drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents in both Thai and English to ensure its legal and corporate governance compliance.
• Providing legal advisory services to support the business and acting as in-house legal counsel.
• Handling corporate legal matters.
• Undertaking research and guidance on all kinds of legal matters.
• Translating legal document both in Thai and English.
• Handling ad-hoc projects or special tasks that may be assigned from time to time from supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thai nationality. 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• 1-3 years of solid working experience in Law firm, or other related fields.
• Good English Communication. 
• Willing to learn and apply new standards. 
• Ability to work within a limited time frame and compliance with deadlines.
