In this pivotal role, you will:

• Research & develop product concepts: Consistent product research and analysis for development of product concepts and prototypes with focus on customer-centricity.

• Create actionable strategies & presentations: Continual development of product strategy and marketing presentations accessible for implementation by design partners, contributing to an effective and efficient design work process.

• Develop & maintain product database: Development of the centralized product database of projects, design concepts, typologies, and detailed development data for benchmarking, scaling, and identification and analysis of industry and market trends, specifications, and standards.

• Update & distribute building law info: Being the efficient data center of essential and relevant building laws, update building codes and distribute information to all relevant team members.

• Assist with feasibility & regulation studies: Support in building laws & regulation and feasibility study for Pre-PDE and PDE production.

• Evaluate program, zoning, & regulations: Analyze Project development options (program needs, land use plan, zoning plan, Building Regulation Plan)

• Assess projects & suggest partnerships: Analyze existing and future projects under AWC in the pipeline and create suggestive partnership list in ways where AWC and the partnership will find the relationship and collaboration mutually beneficial.

• Develop strategies & co-create businesses: Create strategies and roadmaps for potential new businesses that can be cocreated with partners.

• Foster key partnerships within budget/timeline: Ensure that quality relationships are built and managed with key stakeholders for mutually beneficial partnerships within agreed budget and timeline of project pipeline.

• Track partner performance & brand alignment: Timely monitoring of all existing and future partners' performances and brand
