We are seeking for a portfolio Asset Manager, either an Assistant Vice President or Senior Manager level, reporting directly to the VP Asset Management.

Fluency in English is a must as the role requires communication with General Managers and Corporate personnel. The candidate requires to be comfortable to use financial models on Excel, and have an understanding of Hotel Financial Statements and basic investment principles. As there are time differences with the hotels located outside of Thailand, the work may require extended hours.

Candidates preferably have had worked in a hotel industry in operational positions involved in budget preparation, or in specialist position such as Revenue Management, Pre-opening specialist, or Business development. Persons with consultancy experience in Real Estate Service firms would also be a good fit for this position. Candidates with work experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia is a plus.

Questions are expected to be asked, and solutions to be conceived. We hope the candidate will join us, a small group of multi-tasking business managers, and go on a journey challenging at times yet unique and fun work experience where out-of-the-box thinking (although should be executable) is welcomed.
