Our client is an oil and gas exploration and production company Work Location: Bangkok Artemis is now seeking for a HR Assistant, Thailand with at least 3 years of working experience.
To support the HR function in the provision of a high-class HR service to the organisation.
- Provide HR support to the Regional Head of HR, Asia and HR Manager, Thailand
- Administer all HR related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leave request and maternity, etc.
- Deal with employee requests re HR issues, rules, processes, etc.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant policies
- Be primary contact and super-user of the HR system
- Assist in the recruitment process i.e. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews, attend interviews where required and issue relevant correspondence
- Assist with performance management and improvement tracking systems
- Administration of training courses, bookings, logistics, etc.
- Assist with employee relations
- Ensure correct information is collated and relayed to payroll
- Employee induction, development and sickness logistics and record keeping
- Assist in dealing with work permits for expatriates
- Assist with Global HR processes and projects as required.
- Thai nationality only.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR, experienced working in Oil and Gas companies are preferred
- Strong Administration skills. 3-5 years relevant experience
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft office and HR databases desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal with change, adapt and calm under pressure, Good organisational skills and eye for detail
