HRBP Specialist
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HRBP Specialist
to join our HR team and support the organization in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role combines end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, talent management initiatives, learning & development coordination, and HR operational support.
As an HRBP Specialist, you will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to ensure a positive employee experience while supporting key HR programs that drive organizational growth, workforce capability, and employee engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and on-boarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions. Coordinate recruitment activities, employer branding initiatives, and candidate experience programs. And prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and workforce analytics.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Support the implementation and administration of Talent Management Programs. Coordinate talent assessments, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives. Assist in preparing talent profiles, development plans, and talent review reports. And monitor talent readiness and succession coverage across business units.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development activities. Support training needs analysis, training administration, and post-training evaluations. Maintain training records and monitor employee development progress. And assist in leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, probation evaluations, and offboarding. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee matters. Support employee complaint investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and labor laws. Assist with employee welfare programs, engagement initiatives, and workplace well-being activities. And support employee communication programs and internal HR campaigns.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and recognition programs. Support internal communication initiatives that promote company culture and employee experience. Assist in organizing town halls, employee activities, and corporate events and Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and organizational development projects. Support HR data management, reporting, and HR system administration. Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and best practices and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in HRBP, Recruitment, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
Exposure to Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, or Employee Relations is highly preferred.
Good understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

Primary Location:
Don Mueang Office and secondary location occasional assignment at the Lat Phrao Office.
