This role focuses on the creative and operational aspects of live streaming, specifically involving avatar models. The Creative Live Operations Executive will be responsible for scriptwriting, managing the production schedule, overseeing the live filming of avatars, and post-production tasks such as editing and voiceovers. This role also involves coordination with the regional team, reporting, technical implementation within the AnyLive platform, and ensuring the smooth execution of live streams for various brands.

What You'll Do

• Write scripts and schedule filming dates for AnyLive Avatar.
• Control the filming of Avatar Models according to the planned schedule.
• Edit and add voiceovers to Avatar Model footage for voice generation.
• Coordinate with the Regional team for updates and issue resolution.
• Create weekly reports for the Manager and Regional team.
• Implement exported footages (following training from the Regional Team) into the AnyLive program.
• Test live streams and manage the starting and stopping of live streams for each brand.

Who You Are

• 1 year experience of Live Streaming Commerce
• Ability to work according to the team's shift schedule (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
• Ability to work remotely to troubleshoot and start/stop live streams for various brands.
• Strong self-management and time management skills.
• Good command of English (proficiency in Chinese is a plus).
• Knowledge and understanding of production processes and the workings of a production team.
• Knowledge of and ability to use filming equipment (camera, lights, recorder).
• Understanding of scriptwriting methods.
• Proficiency in video editing.
• Experience in graphic design or motion graphics is a plus.
