Position Specific

Requirements:

Daily:

• Record supplier and consignment invoices.
• Handle overseas accounts payable.
• Process petty cash reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit VAT by the 15th and withholding tax by the 7th.

Monthly:

• Process payments to Thai and overseas suppliers.
• Handle payroll-related expenses.
• Prepare journal vouchers (JV).
• Reconcile accounts payable.

Quarterly:

• Prepare related party transaction (RPT) confirmations.
