Job summary
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager as a part of the Thailand team for the Time Bound Account Management business. The TBAM AM will be responsible for building and launching campaigns and define a 1:1 strategy with key sellers to Amazon marketplaces worldwide. This person will be the primary point of contact for those companies beyond year 1. The TBAM AM will be on charge of designing and executing scalable methodologies to reach broad groups of existing sellers and help them improve their account management. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key job responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the seller pool.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the campaigns for sellers in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Engage with merchants to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with the features and functionalities.
  • Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks and close business.
  • 1+ year of experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or experience with other programming or scripting languages such as R or Python.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tool preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence others.
  • Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Evidence of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them to actionable business insight.
