Role

The Regional Director of Food & Beverage Operations, Asia, based in Aman's Bangkok Corporate Office and reporting to the Global Head of F&B Operations, is responsible for leading and overseeing F&B operations across the region. The role ensures alignment between property-level execution and Aman's global F&B strategy, driving operational excellence, financial performance, exceptional guest experiences, and innovative culinary concepts that reflect the brand's commitment to luxury and authenticity.

This position requires extensive travel throughout the region and involves strategic oversight, stakeholder and owner engagement and leadership of regional teams to ensure all F&B offerings across Aman hotels, resorts consistently upholding the brand's world-class standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B operations across the region, ensuring alignment with Aman's brand standards and service excellence.

• Drive regional F&B strategy, performance and long-term business objectives.

• Conduct property visits, audits, and operational reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Oversee F&B financial performance, including budgeting, KPIs, revenue growth and cost management.

• Lead CapEx projects, renovations, and investment initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and ROI.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate F&B seamlessly across hotel operations.

• Support concept development, pre-openings, and operational readiness for new hotels and residences.

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional F&B leaders, driving talent growth and succession planning.

• Establish strategic supplier partnerships and champion sustainable, locally sourced procurement practices.

• Enhance guest experiences through innovative dining concepts, continuous improvement and market-leading culinary trends.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of progressive F&B leadership, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-property role within luxury hospitality.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, multicultural teams across multiple geographies.

• Strong track record of driving profitability, managing budgets and delivering ROI.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage confidently with owners, corporate leadership and local teams.

• Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on operational detail.

• Deep understanding of the Asia region with sensitivity to local customs, traditions and regulations.

• Passion for creativity, food & beverage trends and delivering transformative guest experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certifications in wine, mixology, food safety, or hospitality leadership (preferred).
