  • Perform daily checking of supplier payments, clearing discrepancy, matching with internal records correctly and efficiently.
  • Must clear all recorded figures reaching time consuming standard
  • Follows up on dispute transactions, communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or dispute.
  • Work closely with Product owner, Customer Experience Group, Fraud Prevention and Suppliers (internal and external users).
  • Monitor, share and seek out best practices and knowledge
  • Improve and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction levels
  • Operates in Financial Support tasks through Telex Transfer and credit card enquiries
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
  • Other assignments by Supervisor and Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts (Business /Communication), Hotel and Tourism or other related fields
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in travel industry, e-commerce, customer service or similar
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English to succeed in communication with internal and external parties.
  • Good command in Microsoft Offices
  • Interpersonal as well as service-mind
  • Hard working, Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment
  • Fast learning in working flow and team-working as a must
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
