Senior Operations Payment Support

- Perform daily checking of supplier payments, clearing discrepancy, matching with internal records correctly and efficiently.
- Must clear all recorded figures reaching time consuming standard
- Follows up on dispute transactions, communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or dispute.
- Work closely with Product owner, Customer Experience Group, Fraud Prevention and Suppliers (internal and external users).
- Monitor, share and seek out best practices and knowledge
- Improve and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction levels
- Operates in Financial Support tasks through Telex Transfer and credit card enquiries
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
- Other assignments by Supervisor and Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts (Business /Communication), Hotel and Tourism or other related fields
- Minimum 4 years working experience in travel industry, e-commerce, customer service or similar
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English to succeed in communication with internal and external parties.
- Good command in Microsoft Offices
- Interpersonal as well as service-mind
- Hard working, Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment
- Fast learning in working flow and team-working as a must
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
