The Opportunity

The selected Global Mobility Manager will lead our growing Mobility Team, ensuring the effective delivery of Mobility Services and Immigration programs. You'll manage a team, oversee operations, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes.

In this Role, You'll:

  • Manage and oversee global mobility services, including immigration and remote work support, mobility tax services, and vendor management, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Anticipate business needs and focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Lead and mentor team members, helping them grow and build profiles with stakeholders.
  • Represent the team in People Team forums and collaborate effectively across the People Team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on business feedback and lead complex training and consulting engagements.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet multiple concurrent demands and ensure operational excellence.


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in global mobility services with a strong focus on Southeast Asia countries.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (additional language skills a plus).
  • Resilience, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high volumes of work.
  • Proficiency in MS Products and an ability to challenge the norm.
  • Ownership mindset, taking charge of problems and resolving them.
  • Integrity, maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Strong customer service skills, consistently delivering customer-oriented services to internal and external parties.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is a plus.
