The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is Agoda's largest business unit, with 4,000+ employees across 9 countries, delivering multilingual and multichannel customer support to travelers and partners. The Opportunity

You'll play a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring our Customer Experience Group remains fully staffed with exceptional talent, and contribute to Agoda's success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates. You'll drive hiring performance, elevate operational excellence, and shape recruitment strategy through data, experimentation, and collaboration.

We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a sharp eye for talent, and a bias for action—someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is energized by the challenge of building and scaling world-class teams.
What You'll Do

  • Own the hiring strategy and execution to ensure 100% staffing targets for high-volume positions in the Customer Experience Group (e.g., Customer Experience Specialists).
  • Deliver a full range of recruitment services, providing a positive and professional experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements across sourcing, assessments, and conversion – an excellent storyteller who can inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy
  • Mentor and coach junior TAs; build capability and consistency across the extended global TA team.
  • Produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment – we don't always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed


What You'll Bring

  • 3- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in fast-paced, global, or high-growth environments
  • Fluency in English and Thai is required as this role is expected to communicate with local government authorities and candidates who will handle Thai-speaking customers
  • Demonstrable track record of handling multiple vacancies across a variety of locations and disciplines
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize, manage shifting demands, and demonstrate flexibility
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to cope within a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong data fluency—comfortable using metrics to diagnose issues and drive change
  • Results-oriented – demonstrates initiative, a strong commitment to achieving meaningful results
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and high standards
  • Experience recruiting for customer service and business development positions is preferred
  • Experience and familiarity with internal mobility programs and running internal hiring processes are an advantage
  • This role is based in Bangkok only. No relocation support will be provided.
