Human Resources Officer
atAgility (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- รับผิดชอบเก็บรวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการมาปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน และบริษัท Outsource
- แจ้งเข้า-ออก เบิกประโยชน์ทดแทนประกันสังคม
- ดูแลงานด้านเบิกจ่ายสวัสดิการ
- ดูแลงานด้านธุรการของแผนกบุคคล
- จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน ประกาศต่างๆ
- สามารถทำ Excel ฟังชั่น Pivot และ Vlookup ได้
- ดูแลระบบ Web Time Attendance
- งานด้าน HRIS และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ,บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล สวัสดิการพนักงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และประสานงานได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ excel ฟังชั่น Vlookup และ pivot ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
