· MBA or Master’s degree with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Accountancy, Economics, Business or other related disciplines.

· 3+ years’ experience in consulting services particularly in Supply Chain Planning i.e. Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Production Planning in any of these industries: Retail, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy.

· Knowledge and demonstratable experience as a supply chain practitioner in any of the following areas:

o Supply Chain Analytics

o Sourcing & Procurement

o Supplier Strategy

o Supply Chain Risk

o Logistics/ Freight Management

o Responsible Supply Chain

o Supply Chain Planning

o End to End Operating Chain Fulfillment

o Operations & Process Transformation

o Supply Chain Technologies

· Able to demonstrate “Can-do” attitude and capable to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments which requires greater flexibility and adaptability

· Service minded attitude and passionate about self-development, driven by challenges and learn new things

· Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisor and management teams with interpersonal, communications, and persuasive skills

· Strong experience working on an agile project using either Design Thinking, SAFE or other recognized methodologies

· Experienced at sprint planning, leading sprint activities and reporting on progress

· Strong mentoring and people development skills with proven ability to build supply chain and procurement industry expertise within a team and build knowledge on the latest technologies and trends on client work

· Outstanding in analytical, problem resolving, and problem identification skills

· Able to work independently or as a team and work well under pressure and/or time constraints and/or difficult situations

· Excellent leadership skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
