Franchise System and Process Manager

atOfficeMate (COL)

As Franchise System and Process Division Manager, you are expected to understand and have responsibility for all the franchise process activities in back-end of franchise store and also can significantly contribute to success of the business.

Implementation and improving operation

  1. Evaluates, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes of POS function end to end and ar-range suitable sessions on-site and optionally to train end-users or employees coming from our customers and partners.
  2. Study and Deliver "New process" compiling with existing system on POS module in both frontend and back end, also IT process management, Technical knowledge and experience with people management as well as overall backend store operation management.

Maintain Franchise headquarter system

  1. Ensure that the franchise headquarter system will run smoothly and achieve outcomes in harmony with an organization's strategic goals.
  2. Work collaboratively across all departments of the related BUs in Central Group (Eg. The 1 Card, Cenpay, etc.) to improve related business process in franchise store. You will also tend to focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and as-sist organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
  3. Data retrieve and maintain Headquarter report periodically, also ensure correction of data and information in system.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Experience: (Benefit to jobs: Odoo platform, POS Solutions in Franchise, Business Operation Management and Process Development)
  • Require 2-3 years' experience in retail Industry and Previous working experience as a Business Pro-cess Analyst, store operation, operation management for 2-3 years
  • Require skills of MIS, Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, Project management or similar relevant filed.
