"We are looking for an experienced, fresh thinking HR professional to join our dedicated team in Bangkok"

The role reports directly to the Managing Director. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support staffs with HR and company documentation when required.
  • Liaising with the Social Security office, Labour Department & Revenue departments for HR matters.
  • Recording and report all types of HR Matters leave, absences, overtime and contracts.
  • Preparing HR Monthly Reports for MD.
  • Preparing payroll information and Co-ordinate with Payroll and accounting outsource.
  • Visa and WP preparation and keep track of visa and work permit renewal for expat employees.
  • Preparing and updating staffs information.
  • Update HR Policy that relate to Labor Law, and Social Security Department.
  • Assisting Managers with recruitment, induction and evaluations.
  • Monitor staffs’ leave online submission.
  • Other related task assigned by Managing Director.

Then to improve our HR offering in the following ways...

  • Review and refine benefit packages for staffs.
  • Work with Managers and staffs to map and assist career progression.
  • Refine our staff evaluation process.

 Qualifications :

  • This position is open to Thai nationals only. 
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Role and 2 years of experience in managing level.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Service mind ,excellent in communication, coordination and time management skills.
  • Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skill, good team player, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information, multi-tasking and positive attitude, familiar with multinational working environment.
  • High energy and Results-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Having basic accounting skill and Income Tax.
  • Visa and Work Permit Experiences.
