RockYou is looking for a Digital Researcher to report directly to the Content Operations Specialist. This person will focus on finding, researching and acquiring video content for RockYou's websites and social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and communicating with video content creators. This detail-oriented superstar may also expect to coordinate with New York and Los Angeles teams to ensure timely delivery of videos and agreements. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience with customer service, plus a high proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Curate and research video content for RockYou's online publishing brands according to defined brand guidelines.
• Contact content creators we are potentially trying to license content from
• Coordinate with New York licensing and social team to ensure we are on-schedule with video content licensing and posting.
• Managing correspondence with video creators insuring licensed content has been secured and cleared.
• Organize and track video content for publishing.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• • years of online publishing experience preferred

• • years of customer service or client facing experience required.

• Experience working with video and social curation.
• Mastery of Google docs, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
