We are looking for an HR officer to handle recruitment process, training and development and administration-centered support to our cool staffs and join to Pronto family.

Responsibilities

• Handling all recruitment process: Posting job, Screening, make appointment for interview, interviewing process, selecting the right candidate until preparing the contract for new hire.
• Preparing orientation with follow up for probation period.
• Handling the recruitment application for up to date and sorting & filing staffs data.
• Handling applications in applying for Visa, WP, BOI, as well as the check in process
• Organize and implement an in-house training, on the job training and development programs by coordinate with team.
• Handling internship program.
• Prepare and participate in Jobs fair.
• Doing exit interview and preparing report.
• Prepare primary report related with recruitment process such as job ads summary, jobs fair annual planning, etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day functional HR Department for any questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company, Human Resources matters, policies and guidelines.
• Undertake ad-hoc development projects as required.

Qualification

• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or other related subject.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and a minimum TOEIC score of 550 will be considered first.
• Positive, can do attitude, creative, responsible, results oriented and strong service mind.
• Good accountability with perform duties of a sensitive and confidential concerned.
• Knowledge of Thai Labor Law / Social Security Law / BOI would be highly plus.
• Experience with Google sheet, Google doc, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
