Junior / Senior Operation Executive
atEasia Travel (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Confirm transportation and assign guides
- Prepare guide advance and recheck guide expenses settlement
- Carefully check services to make sure all services have been booked correctly before client's arrival
- Deal with and solve issues on spot
- Cooperate with Accounting Dept in payment to suppliers
- Support Production Department on development of new products
- Report to Operation Manager
- University: Bachelor Degree in Hotel/Tourism management/Foreign Language or related fields
- Excellent English speaking & writing skills
- Third language (French/German/Italian) is a big advantage
- Good knowledge about Thailand + German/French market is highly appreciable
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Pleasant personality, polite, open-minded, hard worker, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability on data processing (PC , Microsoft Office)
