Customer Service Executive
atBureau Veritas (Thailand) Ltd.Responsible in the process of audit program preparation.
- Coordinating with clients for the requirement of audit program
- Scheduling for audit program & arranging travel & accommodation for auditor for each audit
- Preparing inspection list to auditor
- Coordinating with technical support for any technical issues related to the audit program
- Executing the invoicing process
- Distributing certification package, including answering to client inquiries
- Male/Female, Thai nationality, Age 25-32
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Science, Management or related field
- At least 3 year experiences in Customer Services, Sales Coordinator, Technical Support or related fields
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, service-minded
- Good command of reading in English with computer literacy
