E-Commerce Executive
atAmorepacific (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Track sales performance, consolidate sales data
- Arrange campaign programs, events, or sales promotion by scheduling, information, and promotion tools
- Order processing and verifying all item codes, pricing and pre-pack specifications against price lists and available inventory
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Prepare weekly, monthly report that explains differences between latest plan and last year for retail, gross, and returns, and give key competitive trends
- Forecast and manage inventory and sales of products and samples
- Provide administrative support in preparation of sales team meetings, presentations.
- Make the guideline with the production of artwork and share the sourcing images.
- Communicate new information to the clients: price listing, products delivery dates, brief on each new products
- Assist in solving shipping issues, payment issues, preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field, although a Marketing major is preferable.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a sales coordinator especially in beauty and cosmetics background are highly preferable.
- Details-oriented, well-organized, and good team player with high level of dedication.
- Solid numerical and analysis skills.
- Good command of English is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication for negotiating skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
