• Able to travel to each focus Frontier Markets Operations countries (Laos, Cambodia, Burma, Bhutan, Bangaladesh and Nepal) at least twice a quarter in Normal situation and can work thru webinar during COVID situation
• Engage, drive and monitor the existing distributor sale performance while own and manage direct customers
• Work closely to guide channel partners' sales reps in the field
• Support channel partners' marketing and customer education activities
• Develop and submit annual business plans with monthly update
• Find new potential business opportunities and build business hoppers
• Appoint the right channel partners for specific market segments with proper Integrity Assessment and Distributor Agreement.
• Develop opportunity for OEM portfolio
• Work and manage opportunities in SFDC

• Bachelor degree in any Engineer or Science ,MBA is favora
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Has sales management experience in the area of assigned markets for at least 3 years and/or strong channel management skills
• Be able to travel overseas frequently
• Strong leadership with collaborative working skills
