• Take an initiative on process, production procedure and system improvement

• Implement optimized operation concept for all manufacturing process.
• Conduct the experiment, record the results, and initiate the corrective and preventive action from the result of experiment.
• Lead or participate in studies related to process improvement projects
• Manage and control productivity by efficiency with control value cost, delivery with quality.
• Manage Machine utilization & OEE by improve operation process and productivity improvement.
• Manage and Control Yield of product by achieve Entitlement target.
• Understand BOM structure and manage material usage and cost by accuracy.

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 5-10years experience in manufacturing process of Automotive & Electronic Industry.
• Good command of English communication: Listening, writing, and speaking
• Having a growth mindset and team working attitude
• Have knowledge and experience in Lean & Six Sigma.
