atPi R Square Co., Ltd.- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา และใบวางบิลสำหรับลูกค้า
- จัดทำใบเสร็จ และการเก็บค่าบริการจากลูกค้าตามงวดการชำระเงิน
- จัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน รวมถึงติดต่อสถานที่ในการเตรียมงานของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆที่ต้องใช้ภายในบริษัท
- ประสานงานภายในบริษัท เป็นศูนย์กลางบริการเพื่อนร่วมทีมในการทำงาน
- ติดต่อกับลูกค้า และ พาร์ทเนอร์ ในการส่งเอกสาร
- อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
- มีทักษะในการพิมพ์ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีพื้นฐานการบันทึกบัญชีเบื้องต้น
- เข้าใจ และมีพื้นฐานการใช้ซอฟท์แวร์เช่น Microsoft Word และ Excel เป็นอย่างดี
- เป็นคนมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
- มีทักษาในการเจรจาต่อรอง กับผู้ที่ประสานงานหลายรูปแบบได้
- ทำงานเป็นทีม สื่อสารกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถทำงานภายในสภาวะกดดันได้
- สนุกกับการพัฒนาตนเอง และพร้อมรับโอกาสนั้นจากทางบริษัท
- ชอบและรักการทำงานเป็นทีม
