atBayer Thai Co., Ltd.- ออกทริปเพื่อสำรวจตลาด คู่แข่ง ความต้องการของลูกค้า และจัดประชุมเกษตรกร
- วางแผนการขายในรายเดือนและรายไตรมาส
- ประสานงานกับทีมการตลาดและฝ่ายพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- พบปะร้านค้าเพื่อพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับทางลูกค้าในพื้นที่เขตที่รับผิดชอบ
- ทำ monthly report, sales forecast เพื่อรายงานต่อผู้จัดการเขต
- ปริญญาตรี ทางด้านการเกษตรหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ขายอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี หรือ มีประสบการณ์ในงานส่งเสริมเกษตรมาก่อน
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง แก้ไขปัญญาเฉพาะหน้าและมีการตัดสินใจที่ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- เดินทางต่างจังหวัดและสามารถขับรถได้
