Customer Service & Distribution Manager


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for customer service and operations to ensure smooth and on time order processing and customer deliveries.
  • Establish good connectivity with customers and work to create great customer experience.
  • Develop relations with channel partners and guide them to implement sound Logistics processes.
  • Identify means to enhance Customer Satisfaction and work closely with Hub teams to implement Customer Care initiatives in the country
  • Partner with local sales and marketing teams to deliver sound market incentive programs and facilitate prompt calculations for payouts to the customers.
  • Develop KPIs for Customer service by closely working with regional and country commercial team, implement and measure.
  • Track and monitor Perfect Order Metrics and identify opportunities for improving the KPIs
  • Implement regional and Global process improvement projects in country
  • Steering the warehouse and dispatch operations together with manage 3PL teams and deal with 3PL on operational cost
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding warehousing and dispatch
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Logistics cost and implement cost saving projects

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain, customer service or warehouse with minimum 2 years in management level
  • Very good in communication, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent negotiation skill
