Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) is hiring an experienced Sales Support to join our organization. We believe that an ideal candidate has excellent command in English and is able to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of approved marketing strategies and communication plans
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts and clients
  • Review and analyst existing administration systems and develop new initiatives.
  • Control flow of information internally and externally
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in Administrative and Secretarial functions
  • Experience in a multi-national company and/or Real Estate would be an advantage
  • Good command in English both written and spoken,
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • Familiarity with Adobe products including CS suite will be an advantage
