Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) is looking for a Property Consultant. We believe you should give clients recommendations and investment opportunities.
- นำเสนอขายโครงการ คอนโดให้กับลูกค้าที่ Walk in เข้ามาใน แกลลอรี่
- ให้บริการลูกค้าในด้านการจอง การประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อการทำสัญญาและการให้สินเชื่อแก่ลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและสถาบันการเงิน
- บริหารจัดการงานขาย
- รายงานผลการติดตามลูกค้ารายสัปดาห์ ผลการขายสินค้า
- ทำรายงานสรุปยอดการขายรายเดือนเป็นรูปเล่ม
- เพศชาย-หญิง สัญชาติไทย อายุ 25 – 35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานขายหรือให้เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการทำ Re-Sales มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
