Brand Manager

atTravelbook

We are looking for a brand manager to help shape and communicate our vision and mission on a global scale, and to help translate our brand elements into a go-to-market strategy.

You would be helping us to develop a brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for both the short- and long-term. You would be in charge of planning and executing all communications and media actions on all channels (both online and offline), managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report performance of all offline marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Team working skills
  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
  • Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
