Key Responsibility

• Implement store activities to plan and manage gross sales, including managing sales promotion, tracking sales, and researching for new opportunity, to achieve plans and goals effectively.
• Manage complaints from customers and propose to solve problems as well as improve staff operations in providing service following standards.
• Manage and control stock and storage effectively to prepare sufficient stock following plans and standards
• Maintain and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
• Understanding of macro/micro economic, geographic, demographic, customer behavior, and related law and regulations.

• Plan and manage gross sales
• Manage complaints from customers
• Experience in Store Manager in retail/wholesale

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in any fields
• 3-5 years of experience in Store Manager in retail/wholesale or food service industry
• Able to rotate to specific province or all stores
• Able to work 6 days per weeks
