Key Responsibility

• Contribute security specific guidance and verification to target solution architecture for new/ongoing projects as part of the Enterprise Architect function, ensuring security control objectives in the control framework is applied to the new/ongoing projects​
• Lead the engagement and assessment of solutions with security vendors for solution architecture and design activities.​
• Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge​
• Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements​
• Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture design and implementation
• Advanced IT security certifications may be advantageous.
• A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and computer operating and software programs.
• The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races.
• Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• To be accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of the conceptual enterprise security architecture; governs and ensure that IT implementation is aligned to company security and business objectives and strategy.
