Key Responsibility

• Conduct testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues
• Implement test scripts for evaluating the service or product's usability, performance, dependability, and quality
• Create draught policies and procedures for quality assurance
• Identify appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate
• Work closely with developer to drive the performance of technical products by identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates
• Able to lead and coach team of native QA
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
• Other assignments as deem appropriate

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
• Experience in writing, executing and validating tests across the full test spectrum of functional and non-functional (like performance, load, SIT, UAT, security, and etc,.)
• Experience with at least one testing tools/frameworks like Robot, Selenium, or etc,.
• Experience practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), or Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Coding/Scripting experience in Python, Java, Shell script, or any
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work smoothly across function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English
